THE VALID AND COLLECTIBLE LIABILITY INSURANCE AND PERSONAL INJURY PROTECTION INSURANCE OF ANY AUTHORIZED RENTAL OR LEASING DRIVER IS PRIMARY FOR THE LIMITS OF LIABILITY AND PERSONAL INJURY PROTECTION COVERAGE REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 324.021(7) AND 627.736, FLORIDA STATUTES.<\/strong><\/p>\n

FAILURE TO RETURN RENTED PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT UPON EXPIRATION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD AND FAILURE TO PAY ALL AMOUNTS DUE BETWEEN $300 \u2013 $50,000 USD (INCLUDING COSTS FOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT AND LATE RETURN) ARE PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF INTENT TO DEFRAUD, PUNISHABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 812.155, FLORIDA STATUTES.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

CLEANING FEE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The vehicle must return in the same conditions, otherwise, an amount between $100 \u2013 $300 Cleaning fee will be charged if the car returns dirty, with stained seats, food, and\/or the vehicle returns with heavily soiled seats, carpets, dirt with liquids & food inside the car.<\/p>\n

\n

FUEL POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you do not accept the prepaid fuel charge, you must return the car with the same level of fuel as you received it and that is recorded on the rental document. If the car is returned with less fuel, a $25.00 administration fee plus a $12.99 fee per gallon missing will be charged.<\/p>\n

\n

GEOGRAPHIC<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I agree that the rented vehicle will not leave the state of Florida. Any renter who takes the rental vehicle outside the state will be charged a $1,000.00 out-of-state fee plus a mileage charge of $0.69 cents per mile.<\/p>\n

\n

SECURITY DEPOSIT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The renter will be required to provide a security deposit to RYP MIAMI CAR LLC<\/strong> (\u201cSecurity Deposit\u201d) to be used in the event of loss or damage to the rental vehicle during the term of this agreement. RYP MIAMI CAR LLC<\/strong> may, in lieu of collection of a security deposit, place a hold on a credit card in the same amount. In the event of damage to the rental vehicle, RYP MIAMI CAR LLC<\/strong> will apply this security deposit to defray the costs of necessary repairs or replacement. If the cost for repair or replacement of damage to the rental vehicle exceeds the deposit, RYP MIAMI CAR LLC<\/strong> may charge until the full amount of the deductible in this agreement. THE DEPOSIT MAY TAKE BETWEEN 30 TO 45 DAYS AFTER THE CAR IS RETURNED.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ROAD TOLLS VIOLATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I declined to use \u201cSunPass\u201d under RYP MIAMI CAR LLC<\/strong> policies. I was informed of an administration fee of $29.99 per toll plus the cost of the toll (max fee of $500). Declined (secondary SunPass are not allowed). A $500 administration fee will be automatically charged if a secondary SunPass is applied, plus the cost of the toll.<\/p>\n

By signing below, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you acknowledge that you have been given an opportunity to read it before being asked to sign. Your signature below allows us to process a separate credit\/debit card voucher in your name for all amounts due to us. You permit us to reserve against your card at the beginning of the rental a reasonable amount in addition to the estimated charges. You also authorize us to charge your credit\/debit card after the rental concludes for any unpaid parking, toll violations, or other fines or penalties assessed against you, us, or the vehicle during this rental. There is a $50 processing fee on any unpaid parking ticket & traffic infractions. In an event of an accident, a police report must be obtained to validate coverage of the CDW. The Collision Damage Waiver does not cover cigarette burns, glass damage, or tires. You agree that if the vehicle you have rented is involved in an accident and there is a determination of liability on your part, then you will be responsible to us, the lessor, for \u201cDown Time\u201d at the rate of the daily rental while repaired.<\/p>\n
